First go to the Log In page by clicking on the Log In link at the top of the page. To setup a new account, click on the Create new account tab on the Log In page or enter your username and password to login to your existing account. Please note that only account holders are allowed to perform a transaction on this site. However, we do take orders on the phone as well. Click here to login or create new account.
Step 1 : Once you are logged into your account, click on the Currency Exchange link on the left navigation pane to find out today's exchange rate. Specify the amount you wish to send in the Amount text box and click Convert to get our current exchange rate. The result of your query will be presented to you, and you could choose to perform another query or click the Send this amount link to start filling out the Send Money form. Submit the form at the end of Step 3 and look at the summary of your submitted information by clicking on Your Transactions link. Your transaction will be assigned an 8-digit security PIN which you need in Step 2 below.
Step 2 : Using INTERAC Email Money Transfer available on the web sites of most financial institutions, your personal bank included, make a payment equivalent to the amount you sent above to money@weyoneplace.com. Use the 8-digit security PIN obtained in Step 1 as the security code during the INTERAC Email Money Transfer process.
Step 3 : Sit back and relax, you need not contact us. How convenient is that? After we’ve received and processed your payment, we will send you a copy of your receipt by email. In addition, the recipient of your transaction will be contacted by email using the email address you provided in Step 2 above, giving him/her instructions on how to pick up the money you sent. You can check the status of your transaction 24/7 by going to Your Transactions page. The status flag of your transaction (see Your Transactions page) will change from Pending to Approved when we receive and process your Electronic Money Transfer payment and will subsequently change to Received when the recipient receives the amount you sent.
